practical audit skills training presented by approved service providers
professional skills/soft skills training
Mazars university training, which focuses on specific audit technical training and is presented by audit managers who have been specifically skilled to be trainers
workshops provided by the Risk management department
 
On-the-job training is provided through:
Mazars mentorship programme - managers and councilors assigned to provide coaching and guidance
exposure to a wide range of clients from various industries
regular performance reviews and assessments ensure that trainees are on track in terms of their progression
interactions with the SAICA training officer and other Partners within the firm
Competency-based training is achieved through:
implementing the SAICA competency framework
linking theory to practice through practical training
transferring learning back to the workplace after training interventions have been completed
 
Does the firm offer international secondment opportunities?

What opportunities are available to me after I have completed my training contract?
